Setup your Property Bags for Site Guard WebPart

  1. Create a configuration for your property bags
  2. Save your configuration (JSON) into centralized storeage for apps

1. Create a configuration for your property bags

Open Site Guard -> Go to page two (bottom of the webpart) to create a configuration.

Search for “Load property bags” and switch to “Enable”

Click on “Create Configuration” Button to get your configuration as JSON.
You can use our examples for property bags to change layout for the users.

You can have text, dropdown, multiple dropdown or date.

2. Save your configuration (JSON) into centralized storeage for apps

Open your App-Catalog Site. Switch to classic mode.

In Classic App-Catalog “https://yourTenant.sharepoint.com/sites/apps/AppCatalog/” go to on “Site contents”

Please open the list “Tenant wide extensions“.

You will find a row with the title “HBMWebPart_SiteGuardConfig”. Open that item in Edit-Mode. If you want to change you configuration you have to edit the property “component properties”.

Save you old configuration as backup before doing any changes.
